RDP Tutorials

RDP's Probe Match Tool allows you to search the RDP's collection of 16s rRNA sequences using a probe of your choice. This tool will not design probes for you; you will need a third party program such as PRIMROSE to do this.

Select the version best adapted for your browser/computer. Remember, Flash versions have closed captioning that can be turned on or off using the closed captioning symbol or the x symbol in the lower right side.
