Classifier - Start
Introduction
Use our classifier to assign 16S rRNA gene sequences to the new phylogenetically consistent higher-order bacterial taxonomy proposed by Garrity et. al. Hierarchical taxa is based on a naïve Bayesian rRNA classifier. The newly trained classifier allows classification of both bacterial and archaeal 16S rRNA sequences. Classification algorithm has been published. Please cite: Wang, Q, G. M. Garrity, J. M. Tiedje, and J. R. Cole. 2007.
