Pyrosequencing Pipeline - Process, Align, Cluster, Dereplicate, and convert large amounts of pyrosequencing (454) data. This version of the Pyrosequencing Pipeline handles the V4 region of the 16s rRNA.
RDP Release 10 Beta Site - Try out the RDP Release 10 (RDPX) Beta website. RDPX introduces an updated alignment strategy as well as a new Archaeal alignment.
The Ribosomal Database Project (RDP) provides ribosome related data and services to the scientific community, including online data analysis and aligned and annotated Bacterial small-subunit 16S rRNA sequences.
